Adds third sub-category to the technological breakthrough of the year award.

The Fragrance Foundation has added a third sub-category to the FiFi Technological Breakthrough of the Year Award category. The new sub-category, Information Technology, includes but is not limited to, smart phone apps, computer programs that provide data analysis designed to assist companies with fragrance development and creations, and interactive information technologies geared to education and assist consumers in selecting fragrances. Other sub-categories are Fragrance Creation & Formulation and Packaging Technology & Delivery Systems. The deadline for Technological Breakthrough of the Year entries is February 1, 2011.
